Jasper is the marketing agents platform that helps enterprises orchestrate AI agents to execute marketing work at scale. The company is trusted by hundreds of enterprises, including nearly 20% of the Fortune 500, and has team members across the U.S., Australia, and France.
As Senior Manager, Customer & Experiential Marketing, you will own Jasper's customer story and social-proof engine end-to-end, driving customer engagement from pre-sale through post-sale. You will lead the Customer Advisory Boards program—six in-person events annually where practitioners and executives from the largest accounts shape playbooks and strategy. Your focus is on behavior change within strategic accounts as the leading indicator of renewal outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
**Proof Engine & Customer Stories**: Run the customer story pipeline from sourcing through legal and brand approval, targeting four published stories per quarter. Maintain the reference database so Sales and CS can identify which customers can speak to specific use cases, industries, and outcomes. Recruit and prepare customers for analyst evaluations, research, and press coverage, including the Forrester Wave for Content Creation and Optimization Solutions. Leverage AI to compress production work (first drafts, transcripts, asset variants) while applying your judgment to narrative, accuracy, and business outcomes.
**Content Co-Creation**: Own the byline, webinar, podcast, and joint-session calendar built around durable themes: AI search discoverability, brand voice in the AI era, structuring AI-powered marketing teams, and moving from AI experiments to governed production. Partner with Content & Comms to publish on schedule and supply customer insights to the community hub and self-paced learning programs.
**Customer Advisory Boards & Onsites**: Run four User CABs and two Executive CABs annually with the Senior Director, handling session design, speaker recruitment, content, and post-event asset capture. Program for 30-40 practitioners from the Top 100 and strategic accounts at a 2:1 customer-to-Jasper ratio. Develop programming for customer on-site workshops and content for trends dinners and webinars.
**Proof Deployment**: Own how proof assets and referenceable champions are used across pre-sale and post-sale programs and the enterprise sales motion. Design cross-pollination into every experiential moment so each carries customer voice into prospect conversations or late-stage prospects into customer moments. Work with CS and Forward Deployed Engineers to identify accounts with notable activity before renewal conversations.
**Measurement**: Measure product behavior change among attendees at 90 days, plus pre/post usage deltas. Report quarterly on Top 100 coverage, stakeholder depth, GRR against matched untouched cohorts, expansion and services pipeline sourced, and advocacy conversion. Partner with Marketing Ops and RevOps to build the advocacy scorecard.
This fully remote role reports to the Senior Director, Customer Evangelism & Community-Led Growth and involves approximately 20–25% travel for CABs, customer on-sites, dinners, and industry events.
**Requirements**:
- 8–12 years in customer marketing, advocacy, content marketing, or communications at a B2B SaaS company with meaningful enterprise experience
- Portfolio of customer stories sourced and shepherded through enterprise legal, brand, and comms approval; understanding of why stories stall and how to unstick them
- Experience running a high-touch, executive-level in-person program (advisory board, customer council, summit)
- Strong writing and editorial instincts; ability to interview practitioners, find stories in metrics, brief agencies, and elevate mediocre drafts
- Comfort with senior stakeholders from CMO-level customers to Jasper executives
- AI-forward operating style; already use AI to remove production work with a point of view on where it helps and where it doesn't
- Measurement fluency with cohort comparisons, usage data, and attribution; preference for leading indicators over vanity metrics
- Cross-functional credibility with Sales and CS; ability to influence without direct authority
- Familiarity with martech or AI category and experience with analyst relations
