Kaseya is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy to join its Corporate Strategy team. This is a high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of data-driven analysis and executive-level decision-making. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop strategic recommendations, lead analytical workstreams, and drive special initiatives across the business. The role offers significant breadth and impact. One week you may be building a pricing model to evaluate a go-to-market decision; the next, you may be running a cross-functional working session or preparing materials for a board-level strategic review. Key responsibilities include: - Drive strategic analysis and recommendations by owning end-to-end analytical workstreams including market sizing, competitive benchmarking, pricing strategy, business case development, and performance analysis - Build financial models to assess and pressure-test project feasibility, creating bespoke analyses (e.g., with Excel) to bring quantitative rigor to a wide range of business problems - Leverage data to tell compelling stories by pulling and manipulating data, synthesizing findings, and translating complex analyses into clear, executive-ready narratives and presentations - Run meetings and cross-functional processes by facilitating working sessions, managing project timelines, and keeping senior stakeholders aligned across fast-moving initiatives - Experiment with and champion AI tools by actively exploring how AI can improve the quality, speed, and scale of strategy work, and sharing best practices with the team About Kaseya: Kaseya is the leading provider of AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software, serving Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT organizations worldwide. Backed by Insight Partners, Kaseya has experienced sustained double-digit growth and supports customers in more than 20 countries, managing over 15 million endpoints worldwide. Founded in 2000, the company is built by builders who create rather than wait, and see challenges as raw material for innovation. Why this role: You'll have direct exposure to C-suite and senior leadership on high-stakes decisions, a broad remit across Kaseya's full business (pricing, competitive strategy, M&A, product strategy, and more), and work with a team that moves fast, thinks rigorously, and has real influence on company direction. Requirements: - 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate finance, or a similar analytically rigorous environment - Proven ability to own complex analytical projects independently, from scoping through delivery - Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills — comfortable building models from scratch - SQL proficiency (or strong willingness to develop it) — ability to query databases, join datasets, and extract insights without relying on data engineering support - Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar) and a genuine interest in staying ahead of how these tools are evolving - Exceptional written and verbal communication — able to distill ambiguous, complex problems into clear frameworks and persuasive recommendations - Strong executive presence and comfort running meetings with senior stakeholders - Highly organized and structured thinker; able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
