Lightfield is reimagining CRM as a world model of a business by learning from emails, meetings, and customer conversations to build a living understanding of how companies work. The company has raised over $70M from top-tier VCs (Andreessen Horowitz, Coatue, Maverick Ventures, Greylock) and has onboarded more than 5,000 companies since its November launch. The founding team previously built Tome (25M+ users) and brings experience from Llama, Instagram, Google, and Salesforce. You'll join the Growth & Delivery team as a founding Deployment Strategist, working directly with founders and their teams to deploy Lightfield as the system their company runs on. Your responsibilities include owning customer deployments end-to-end—setting up workspaces, migrating data, building customer memory, and enabling teams so Lightfield becomes their operating system. You'll deliver pipeline generation for a portfolio of customers by understanding each business, defining ICP and targeting strategy, and directing Lightfield's AI agents from first outreach to booked meetings. Beyond deployment, you'll advise founders and GTM leaders on go-to-market strategy and how to operationalize AI agents within their sales motion. You own measurable outcomes: time-to-activation, meetings booked, and pipeline quality. You'll support strategic deals alongside leadership, from POC scoping to evaluation conversion, and take on special projects spanning GTM and business operations—business analysis, competitive research, and new initiatives. A key part of the role is turning what works into repeatable playbooks and feeding learnings back to product so the agents improve. You're both an operator and a builder: running multiple customer deployments simultaneously while systematizing processes the whole team can execute. The role thrives on high agency, ambiguity, and the ability to independently drive projects in a fast-moving environment. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years of experience in consulting, banking, investing, or go-to-market and operating roles - Strong generalist comfortable across delivery, growth, and customer-facing work; self-directed in identifying and executing what needs to happen - Trusted advisor to founders and GTM leaders: curious, analytical, able to read businesses and customers quickly, move from qualitative signals to clear hypotheses, and validate with data - Systems thinker who brings structure to open-ended problems and builds repeatable playbooks, not just completing tasks - High agency and thrives in ambiguity; independently drives projects and delivers results in fast-moving environments - Comfortable going technical: can reason about data models and integrations, configure workflows, and tune agent behavior - Excited about AI agents and delivering customer outcomes with them - Eager to learn GTM and outbound (prior experience is a plus, not required)
