DeepJudge, founded by former Google search engineers with PhDs in AI from ETH Zurich, is building enterprise search and AI infrastructure for legal teams. The company helps law firms unlock institutional knowledge, automate workflows, and build knowledge-powered applications. Trusted by leading firms including Holland & Knight, Gunderson Dettmer, and Cozen O'Connor, DeepJudge is headquartered in Switzerland with growing teams across North America and Europe.
You will be DeepJudge's first Senior Manager of Client Enablement, building a scalable client enablement program from the ground up. This is a hands-on role with roughly equal time split between program design and direct delivery. You'll design repeatable, role-based learning paths for lawyers, knowledge management professionals, and firm administrators. Your responsibilities include:
- Designing repeatable, role-based learning paths for DeepJudge users and firm administrators
- Defining what clients learn via self-serve resources, what Customer Success Managers deliver, and which high-stakes engagements you lead directly
- Owning core training courses (Intro to DeepJudge, Intro to Admin) from scripting through recording and publishing
- Writing and maintaining user guides, quick-reference materials, and help center content
- Equipping and coaching CSMs with scripts, demo flows, and facilitation guides
- Planning and leading on-site and virtual training days for large and strategic clients
- Partnering with Product and Product Marketing to turn new features into training content and sharing field insights
- Measuring the impact of training on user adoption
You'll work directly with many of the world's leading law firms, shape how lawyers adopt AI-powered knowledge tools, and collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and legal engineers. There is a clear path to team leadership as the program and business grow.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5–10 years of experience in client education, training, or enablement in the legal industry
- Legal experience, ideally as a former practicing attorney or in an enablement/customer education role at a legal technology company
- Demonstrated experience building a training program from the ground up (not just delivering), including resources that scale beyond live sessions
- Ability to measure whether training works and point to its impact on adoption
- Hands-on content skills: scripting, recording and editing video, and writing clear documentation
- Ability to present with confidence and credibility to partners, senior lawyers, and firm leadership
- Comfort thriving and building from scratch in a fast-moving company
- Based in US Eastern Time zone (NYC area preferred) and able to travel up to 40%
