Legora is an AI-native legal workspace trusted by 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries, including top-tier law firms and enterprises. The company has scaled to $100M+ ARR and operates globally across Europe, North America, and APAC.
As Senior Manager, Brand Partnerships Activation, you own the strategy and commercial direction of Legora's sports partnership activation and executive hospitality program. You are accountable for turning contractual rights into pipeline, relationships, and brand equity.
You lead one direct report (Associate Event Producer) who handles hands-on event production and delivery. Your focus is strategy, prioritization, senior stakeholder relationships, and ensuring every partnership right and hospitality moment drives commercial outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting overall activation strategy across the current partnership portfolio (Yankees, Chelsea FC, Ludvig Åberg/golf, Venus Williams, and ad hoc opportunities), deciding where to invest and how each activation ties to pipeline and brand goals.
- Rights maximization: identifying incremental creative and commercial value beyond contract terms—joint promotions, content series, co-branded moments, and pipeline-driving activations. Maintain strategic oversight of the rights tracker while your Associate Event Producer manages day-to-day details.
- Executive hospitality strategy: owning CXO and VIP hospitality across the portfolio (Yankees, Chelsea FC, the Legora Invitational, Wimbledon, etc.). Define who to host, why, and what outcome each moment should drive. Set the request, allocation, and approval framework balancing client entertainment, prospect development, GTM/BD use, and employee reward.
- Guest strategy and senior relationships: partner with regional GTM and marketing leads to shape guest strategy. Serve as the senior point of contact for partner-side account and hospitality teams, personally stewarding the most important client and prospect relationships.
- Lead the Associate Event Producer: manage and develop your direct report on end-to-end event production, run-of-show, logistics, vendor coordination, ticketing, talent liaison, and post-event content. Set briefs and standards; hold the bar for quality; clear obstacles.
- Cross-functional direction: serve as connective tissue between global brand, regional/international marketing leads, and GTM teams, ensuring partnership rights translate into locally relevant, well-timed moments and coordinated internal effort.
- Budget ownership and forecasting: own and forecast hospitality and activation budgets across the partnership portfolio. Set vendor and agency strategy for execution.
- Future partnership scoping: lead evaluation of inbound and prospective sports partnerships, assessing hospitality value, brand fit, activation potential, and commercial ROI alongside brand and marketing leadership.
You bring 8+ years in sports sponsorship, partnership marketing, or experiential/hospitality marketing (at a brand, rights holder, agency, or similar high-touch environment), including time in a strategic or team-leadership capacity. You have a proven track record of setting strategy for complex, multi-year sponsorship contracts and turning contractual rights into real activation and commercial value. You have experience owning VIP or executive hospitality programs at a strategic level, defining approach, framework, and outcomes. You have managed or directed direct reports, vendors, or agencies, with the judgment to delegate execution while owning results.
