The BizOps & Analytics team is a core strategic function staffed by former McKinsey, BCG, and Bain consultants. Each business unit has an embedded BizOps analyst who shapes questions, pulls data, draws conclusions, and drives decision-making. The team is expanding to support growth marketing, product development, AI & automation, and strategic partnerships.
In this Senior Manager role, you will lead the analytical function for one of Jerry's core business areas. You'll define the right problems to solve, build metrics and reports, run analyses and experiments, and surface insights that move key metrics. You'll communicate findings to product, growth, finance, and operations leaders, and drive recommendations through to execution.
You are a first-principles thinker who breaks ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses before analyzing data. You're analytically strong (Excel, SQL, Python) and a direct communicator who can influence leadership-level decisions. You act as an owner—if something is broken, you feel responsible for fixing it.
Required: 6+ years at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth tech company. Strong data skills, track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact, and ability to communicate persuasively at the leadership level.
