Jerry.ai is a 5M+ customer platform managing car and home ownership—insurance, maintenance, repairs, and driving insights. Founded in 2019, the company has raised $240M+, scaled revenue 70X, and achieved profitability in early 2024. They're now expanding into adjacent verticals (home, motorcycle, RV) to become a one-stop-shop for physical asset management.
The Business Operations & Analytics team is a core strategic function staffed by former McKinsey, BCG, and Bain consultants. Every business unit has an embedded BizOps analyst who shapes questions, pulls data, draws conclusions, and drives decisions. The team is expanding to support growth in four areas: Growth Marketing, Product Development, AI & Automation, and Strategic Partnerships.
In this Senior Manager role, you'll lead the analytical function for one of Jerry's core business units. You'll define the right problems to solve, build metrics and reports, run analyses and experiments, and drive outcomes by bringing data-backed recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations leaders. The role is hands-on—not pure strategy—with end-to-end ownership of execution.
You'll work in a lean, high-impact environment with no corporate fluff, no unnecessary meetings, and no approval bottlenecks. Your day-to-day involves surfacing insights, influencing decisions, and seeing them through to completion.
Required: 6+ years at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth tech company. Strong analytical skills (SQL, Python, or Excel), ability to own ambiguous problems independently, and proven track record of delivering impact. You're a first-principles thinker who asks "what are we solving?" before diving into data. You communicate clearly and persuasively, influencing leadership-level decisions.
