Jerry.ai is a fintech/insurtech platform that has become one of the top 3 car insurance brokers in the U.S. with 5M+ customers and $240M+ in funding. The company started with car insurance in 2019 and has since expanded into driving insights, diagnostics, and repair marketplaces. Jerry is now expanding into adjacent verticals (home, motorcycle, RV) with a goal to reach 50M customers and become a $10B business within four years.
The BizOps & Analytics team is composed of former McKinsey, BCG, and Bain consultants who drive data-informed decision-making across the entire organization. As Senior Manager, you will lead the analytical function for one of Jerry's core business areas: Growth Marketing, Product Development, AI & Automation, or Strategic Partnerships.
Your responsibilities include:
- Define the right business problems and questions before analysis, pushing back on flawed hypotheses
- Own the analytical function end-to-end: define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface insights
- Drive outcomes by bringing data-backed recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations counterparts
- Influence leadership-level decisions through clear, persuasive communication
- Execute hands-on analytical work alongside strategic guidance
You will be embedded within your assigned business unit while sitting on the central BizOps & Analytics team. The role emphasizes first-principles thinking, direct communication, and ownership mentality. Jerry's culture prioritizes high-impact work over corporate process—no unnecessary slides, meetings, or approvals.
