Jerry.ai is a 5M+ customer platform that simplifies ownership of major assets—starting with car insurance and expanding into home, motorcycle, and RV insurance. The BizOps & Analytics team is composed of former McKinsey, BCG, and Bain consultants who drive data-informed decision-making across product, growth, tech, and operations. As Senior Manager, you'll lead the analytical function for one of Jerry's core business units—Growth Marketing, Product Development, AI & Automation, or Strategic Partnerships—embedded within that team while sitting on the central BizOps hub.
Your responsibilities include: defining the right business questions before analysis begins; building metrics, reports, and experiments; surfacing insights that move key metrics; and driving recommendations through to execution. You'll own end-to-end analytical ownership for your business unit, acting as a first-principles problem solver who shapes what questions the organization asks and what conclusions it draws.
The role is hands-on and execution-focused, not pure strategy. You'll work with product, growth, finance, and operations leaders to translate data into decisions and see them through. The team culture emphasizes impact over process—no unnecessary slides, meetings, or approvals; only work that materially changes business trajectory.
Required: 6+ years at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth tech company; strong SQL/Python/Excel skills; track record owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact; ability to communicate complex findings persuasively to leadership.
