Jerry.ai is a fast-growing consumer platform that simplifies ownership of major assets—starting with car insurance and expanding into home, motorcycle, RV, and beyond. With 5M+ customers, $240M+ in funding, 70X revenue growth, and profitability achieved in early 2024, Jerry is scaling toward 50M customers and $10B valuation over the next four years.
The BizOps & Analytics team is the analytical backbone of the business, staffed by former McKinsey, BCG, and Bain consultants who drive data-informed decision-making across product, growth, tech, and operations. Each business unit has an embedded BizOps analyst who shapes strategic questions, pulls insights, and drives execution on critical initiatives.
As Senior Manager, you will lead the analytical function for one of Jerry's core business areas: Growth Marketing, Product Development, AI & Automation, or Strategic Partnerships. You'll own the full analytical lifecycle—defining the right business questions, building metrics and reports, running experiments, surfacing insights, and driving recommendations through to execution.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and validate business problems before analysis; push back on flawed questions
- Design metrics, build dashboards, run SQL/Python analyses, and design experiments
- Surface data insights and recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations leaders
- Own end-to-end analytical strategy for your embedded business unit
- Act as a first-principles problem solver who balances analytical rigor with pragmatic execution
You'll work in a lean, high-impact environment with no corporate bloat—only work that materially moves the business. The role is hands-on: you'll execute analyses, communicate findings clearly to skeptical stakeholders, and see recommendations through to outcomes.
Required: 6+ years in consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.), investment banking, or high-growth tech. Strong SQL/Python skills, ability to own ambiguous problems independently, and track record of influencing leadership-level decisions. You're a direct communicator who can distill complex findings into clear, actionable insights.
