Jerry.ai is a fintech platform that simplifies asset ownership and management, starting with car insurance and expanding into home, motorcycle, and RV insurance. The BizOps & Analytics team consists of former McKinsey, BCG, and Bain consultants who drive data-informed decision-making across the entire organization. Each business unit has an embedded BizOps team member who shapes strategic questions, pulls critical data, and influences key decisions.
As Senior Manager, you will lead the analytical function for one of Jerry's core business areas: Growth Marketing, Product Development, AI & Automation, or Strategic Partnerships. You'll own the complete analytical lifecycle for your domain—from defining the right business questions and designing metrics to running analyses, surfacing insights, and driving execution of recommendations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define and validate business problems before analysis, pushing back on flawed questions
- Build reports, design experiments, and surface data insights that move key metrics
- Communicate complex findings to stakeholders and drive decision-making at leadership level
- Own outcomes end-to-end, acting as an owner who takes responsibility across swim lanes
You'll work with SQL (Clickhouse), Metabase, Python, and Jupyter Hub in a lean, high-impact environment focused on work that materially changes business trajectory. The culture emphasizes no unnecessary slides, corporate fluff, or approval delays—just insatiable learners solving difficult problems.
Required qualifications: 6+ years at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth tech company; strong analytical skills with independent data capability; track record owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact; clear, persuasive communication ability to influence leadership decisions.
