Orca Bio is a commercial-stage biotechnology company developing next-generation cell therapies for blood cancer treatment. The company is redefining the transplant process with purified, high-precision cell therapies designed to improve survival rates and reduce risks like graft-versus-host disease. The Senior Manager / Associate Director, Gross-to-Net & Revenue Planning will own all aspects of gross-to-net (GTN) accounting, revenue forecasting, and commercial operating expense forecasting for Orca Bio's first commercial product. Reporting to the Senior Director/Head of FP&A, this is a hands-on individual contributor role critical to establishing financial infrastructure for a newly commercial company. Key responsibilities include: - Building and maintaining GTN models, accrual methodologies, and forecast architecture from the ground up - Establishing the monthly revenue planning cadence and documentation standards - Running monthly GTN and revenue forecasting processes, including data reconciliation - Developing deep expertise in pharmaceutical revenue deductions, government pricing, and rebate structures - Presenting financial results and forecasts directly to executive leadership and external auditors - Providing cross-functional partnership with commercial, medical affairs, and operations teams The role requires strong technical financial judgment in a unique context: Orca Bio's first commercial product means individual transactions are material, precedent is limited, and the GTN model must be built with precision from inception. The successful candidate will combine pharmaceutical revenue accounting expertise with the ability to establish best practices and processes for a scaling commercial organization.
