Insurify, a fast-growing MIT-founded fintech startup, is seeking a Senior Manager of AI Search & Discovery to lead its GEO/AEO (Generative Engine Optimization / Answer Engine Optimization) program. This role sits within Product SEO and bridges SEO, content strategy, digital PR, brand reputation, analytics, and public data. Reporting to the Director of Product SEO, you will manage the operating system for AI search visibility, including prompt monitoring, reporting, source-gap analysis, execution planning, and cross-functional coordination across content, PR, brand, legal, product, data, and reviews teams.
Key responsibilities include increasing AI search visibility for Insurify across LLMs, AI-powered search engines, and generative answer engines; improving how AI systems describe and recommend Insurify as a trusted insurance comparison platform; owning the AI Search & Brand Visibility roadmap; identifying high-impact levers such as owned-site messaging, public data, PR, product marketing, and reputation signals; strengthening brand consensus across the web by analyzing sources that shape AI understanding and correcting inaccuracies; driving cross-functional execution from discovery through measurement; and partnering with product and engineering to make Insurify's web app, mobile experiences, and structured data AI-assistant-ready.
You will translate Product SEO priorities into clear strategy, execution roadmaps, and measurement plans. This requires turning ambiguous AI-search signals into actionable recommendations and connecting visibility improvements to measurable business outcomes. The role demands strong project leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and trade-offs across multiple teams.
Insurify has raised $130M in funding, was recognized on the Inc. 5,000 list for five consecutive years (2021–2025), Forbes Fintech 50 (2021–2023), and Forbes Next Billion Dollar Startups. The company is female-led with MIT alumni founders and operates in a $1.3 trillion market opportunity.
