The Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) Advisory team operates as a strategic governance function within Raisin SE, responsible for defining and monitoring internal policies, control mechanisms, and training programs to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, and fraud.
As Senior Manager of AFC Advisory, you will lead strategic initiatives across multiple dimensions:
**Project Management & Strategic Development**: Plan and implement AFC-focused projects from both internal and client-facing perspectives. Drive the conceptual evolution of the bank's AML framework, ensuring regulatory alignment and IT system integration.
**Framework & Control Development**: Lead continuous development, updating, and documentation of processes and internal control mechanisms. Execute and monitor controls and surveillance activities to maintain AFC framework integrity.
**Risk & Compliance**: Develop and refine AML risk analysis methodology to remain accurate and responsive to emerging threats. Conduct detailed analysis of new regulatory requirements (GwG, BaFin AuA, AML-VO, EBA Guidelines, FATF recommendations, KWG) and translate them into actionable standards.
**Governance & Oversight**: Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements for all AML-related outsourcing arrangements. Serve as technical point of contact for internal and external AFC-related audits, ensuring comprehensive documentation.
**Required Expertise**: Several years of professional experience in AFC/AML advisory within banking, audit firms, or specialized consulting. Deep understanding of German and EU financial crime regulations. Solid knowledge of KYC, customer identification, risk analysis, and customer risk ratings. Strong conceptual understanding of AFC systems and data logic, comfortable evaluating AML-logic and IT architecture intersections. Full professional proficiency in German and English required. High integrity, strong ownership, and commitment to quality standards.
