Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology. As a Senior Value Engineer (titled Senior Management & Technology Consultant – Manufacturing/Production), you will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, guiding them through their complete value journey with the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
You will own end-to-end customer value delivery across landing, expansion, adoption, and renewal phases. Your core responsibilities include discovering and translating customer strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases, building compelling demos and business cases leveraging industry benchmarks, and conducting value assessments or proof-of-value projects. You will facilitate business value workshops to identify process enhancement opportunities, derive improvement measures across core business functions, and present realized value to C-level executives.
Working in partnership with Celonis Sales Teams and Services, you will drive measurable business impact across manufacturing and production processes. You will build strategic expansion roadmaps embedding Celonis as a transformation platform, manage multiple customer accounts at different stages of their value journey, and provide feedback to product development teams on new use cases and platform enhancements.
Required qualifications include native-level German proficiency (essential for leading customer workshops, executive presentations, and stakeholder management in German). You need analytical experience in a customer-facing role—ideally in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or IT/Management Consulting with a Business Software/SaaS provider, or in an in-house role such as a Center of Excellence for Data Mining or Analytics within an enterprise.
You should have strong knowledge of business software and SaaS applications (e.g., SAP), experience implementing RPA and/or BI tools, building dashboards and apps, and proficiency in Python and/or SQL. Process improvement expertise is essential—you must be able to identify use cases, deploy improvement measures, and act as a change agent. Project management experience managing scope, expectations, and timelines across multiple concurrent accounts is required. Executive stakeholder management skills and the ability to prepare and communicate complex business value propositions to senior leadership are critical.
