In this Senior Management & Technology Consultant role (internal title: Senior Applied AI Engineer), you will work directly with strategic enterprise customers to understand their objectives, identify high-impact AI opportunities, and deliver measurable business value. You will design and prototype AI-powered solutions that combine Celonis' Process Intelligence platform with leading AI/ML technologies from partners like Microsoft, OpenAI, and Databricks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying high-impact AI opportunities by understanding enterprise customers' strategic priorities and operational challenges
- Designing AI solution architectures that translate complex business problems into scalable implementations
- Rapidly prototyping and demonstrating proof-of-value solutions to business and technical stakeholders
- Leading customer workshops, hackathons, and innovation sessions to explore AI transformation opportunities
- Partnering with customer teams to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and measurable value realization
- Building deep domain expertise in specific industries (e.g., supply chain, finance) and scaling knowledge across the organization
You should have 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, data/AI consulting, technical pre-sales, sales engineering, or customer-facing solution architecture roles. You excel at translating business challenges into technical solutions and communicating complex concepts to executives. Experience with Python prototyping, generative AI architectures (RAG, prompt engineering, agents), and understanding of business processes across sectors is expected. A Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degrees in computer science, engineering, or mathematics are preferred.
Critically, native-level French proficiency is required—you must confidently lead customer workshops, conduct executive presentations, and manage stakeholder interactions in French.
