The platform helps shippers, manufacturers, and logistics service providers transform data into actionable decisions, preventing detention and demurrage, accelerating exception management, and enabling faster invoice closure with built-in evidence.
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will own the complete lifecycle of ML and AI models—from research and development through production deployment and scaling. You'll design and build robust algorithms that solve core business problems including visibility prediction, demand forecasting, and freight audit. Your primary focus is ensuring model accuracy, reliability, and scalability in live production systems serving real customers.
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role ideal for someone highly independent and ambitious. You'll be one of two data scientists on the team, meaning you'll own problems end-to-end without relying on a large supporting team. You'll work closely with software engineers and logistics domain experts to translate ML innovations into measurable business impact—reduced costs, improved operational control, and more predictable supply chains.
The role requires deep expertise in taking models from research to production, with strong fundamentals in algorithm design, model validation, and deployment infrastructure. You should be comfortable with the full ML stack and experienced in building systems that perform reliably at scale in production environments.
