As Senior Legal Engineer, you'll bridge the gap between Legora's product and its most demanding clients—world-class legal teams. This is a hybrid role combining legal operations, product expertise, solutions architecture, and client relationship management.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted thought partner to clients, identifying pain points and high-value opportunities to deepen their use of the platform
- Own client relationships end-to-end: from pilots and onboarding through firm-wide adoption at major law firms and corporate legal departments
- Be the voice of the user inside Legora, sharing client insights that directly inform product development and roadmap priorities
- Deliver compelling product demos and training that showcase platform capabilities
- Document best practices and develop scalable playbooks to support global growth
- Help clients navigate the AI transformation in legal services, including ROI evaluation and practice-area impact assessment
You bring a legal background (top-tier firm, in-house team, or legal tech experience) combined with genuine tech curiosity and product savvy. You're comfortable translating between lawyers and engineers, thrive in ambiguity, and excel at building credibility with sophisticated stakeholders. You understand how emerging technologies can improve legal processes and are self-directed enough to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
