As Senior Legal Engineer, you'll bridge the gap between Legora's product and its most demanding clients—world-class legal teams. This is a hybrid role combining legal operations, product specialist, solutions architect, and client relationship management responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a trusted thought partner to clients, understanding their pain points and identifying high-value opportunities to scale their use of Legora
- Owning client relationships end-to-end with Customer Success, from pilot programs through full-firm adoption across major law firms and corporate legal departments
- Serving as the voice of the user inside Legora, sharing client insights that directly inform product development and roadmap priorities
- Delivering compelling product demos and training that showcase the platform's capabilities
- Documenting best practices and developing scalable playbooks to support global growth
- Helping clients navigate the shift to AI-powered legal work, including ROI evaluation and impact mapping across practice areas
You bring a background in law—whether from a top-tier firm, in-house legal team, or legal tech experience. You're tech-curious and product-savvy, comfortable navigating technical conversations around generative AI, implementation, and productivity. You communicate clearly across disciplines (lawyers and engineers alike), bring structure to ambiguity, and thrive in fast-moving environments. You're proactive, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple client relationships simultaneously. You care deeply about quality without perfectionism, and you get things done.
