Pigment is an AI-powered business planning and performance management platform serving enterprise clients like Unilever, Snowflake, and Siemens. As Senior Legal Counsel, you will support commercial operations and strategic initiatives across North America, reporting to the Legal team and collaborating closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include managing the full customer contract lifecycle: drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements with customers, partners, suppliers, and other counterparties. You will serve as a primary legal advisor to internal teams, providing clear, pragmatic, business-oriented guidance on commercial matters. You will also support procurement and vendor management processes, with emphasis on risk assessment and compliance.
The role requires strong commercial law expertise and the ability to balance legal rigor with business pragmatism. You will work across multiple jurisdictions in North America and interact regularly with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure legal alignment with business objectives. This is a hybrid position with flexibility to work from Pigment's offices in New York, San Francisco, Austin, or Toronto.
