As Senior Legal Counsel reporting to the Head of Legal, you will own entire legal workstreams end-to-end and serve as a trusted advisor to business, procurement, operations, and R&D teams. Key responsibilities include:
• Lead drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements with vendors, suppliers, and strategic partners
• Handle groundwork for international transactions, including end-user certificates and licensing approvals
• Ensure compliance with export control regulations (ITAR, EAR, and Israeli MOD requirements)
• Proactively manage various compliance matters across the organization
• Maintain and optimize contract templates and playbooks to support rapid growth
This is a hands-on role for a commercially minded lawyer who can become a real business enabler. You will work directly with senior stakeholders, build legal frameworks that support growth, protect the company's technology, and enable operations with speed and discipline. The role offers the opportunity to shape legal processes as the company scales from a breakout startup to a global leader in defense technology.
