Salary: USD 115,000 - 130,000 / annual

As Senior Learning Program Manager, you will oversee curriculum development and content delivery while reporting to the Head of Learning. This hybrid role requires presence in the lower Manhattan office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing content development projects, refining existing programs, and managing launches of new programs
- Leading a team of curriculum developers and subject matter experts to support content creation
- Establishing and maintaining rigorous quality control processes to ensure educational programs meet high standards of accuracy and relevance
- Experimenting with new content modalities (skills labs, simulations, etc.) to enhance student learning
- Conducting data analysis on program performance, learner engagement, and outcomes to drive improvements
You will thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where you can take initiative and collaborate across teams. The role requires someone who can break down complex technical concepts into digestible elements and make data-driven decisions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of experience in program management or curriculum development, preferably in EdTech
- Experience managing end-to-end content development
- Experience in instructional design, preferably in online/virtual contexts
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment requiring scrappiness, resilience, and adaptability
- Strong understanding of EdTech, online pedagogy, and adult learners' needs
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Strong communication skills
