We are seeking a Senior IT Auditor to strengthen our audit team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape Solaris' audit function while working on cutting-edge fintech infrastructure and emerging regulatory frameworks. Key Responsibilities: - Independently prepare and conduct IT audits, including drafting audit reports and coordinating with business units - Review and assure the internal control system, compliance, security, and efficiency of processes and systems - Independently review internal and external audit findings as part of follow-up processes - Support internal projects aligned with regulatory requirements (MaRisk, DORA, KWG) and emerging AI regulatory frameworks - Actively participate in developing auditing methodologies Required Experience: - 3–5+ years in IT auditing, with expertise in MaRisk, DORA, IT Grundschutz, or ISO 27001 standards - Educational background in IT, Cyber Security, Information Security, or related fields - Proven experience as an auditor or consultant in auditing techniques, particularly with ToD (Test of Design) and ToE (Test of Execution) - Strong knowledge of BCM, incident and problem management, cloud services, outsourcing, software development processes, testing, approval workflows, and authorization management - Familiarity with AI governance frameworks, including explainability, fairness, model lifecycle management, and EU AI Act expectations - Comfort working with AI tools, thinking critically about outputs, and contributing to responsible AI practices - Excellent knowledge of regulatory standards - Strong teamwork and decision-making abilities - Confident communication skills and high self-motivation - Fluent in English and German The company emphasizes that responsibilities and scope will vary based on experience level.
