Parloa is an AI-driven customer experience platform that has powered over one billion interactions for enterprise brands including Booking.com, Allianz, SAP, and TUI. The company is building a world-class governance, assurance, and risk management function to support rapid scaling while maintaining compliance, security, and audit readiness.
As Senior IS&T Governance Partner, you will be an early member of Parloa's internal Governance team, reporting into a four-person function covering Risk Management, Compliance, Business Continuity, and Information Security Management. You will own critical responsibilities across multiple domains:
Governance & Compliance: Act as a core team member fostering security and compliance awareness across planning, development, and operations. Ensure product, development, and operational changes are properly documented, risk-assessed, and reviewed. Lead preparation, execution, and maintenance of security certifications and regulatory frameworks including ISO 27001, ISO 22301, SOC 2, PCI DSS, and HIPAA.
Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with Commercial teams on security questionnaires, contract and DPA reviews, and customer calls as a trusted subject matter expert. Manage incoming compliance and information security requests, providing clear, pragmatic guidance to internal stakeholders. Serve as the internal authority on information security best practices.
Framework Implementation: When new certifications or regulatory frameworks are required, take ownership of understanding applicable requirements in alignment with Legal and the DPO, then translate them into hands-on guidance for engineering, product, and operations teams. Drive practical implementation and adoption of compliance controls by embedding governance into daily workflows and technical designs.
Continuous Improvement: Support risk assessments, DPIAs, and control design activities for new products, features, and architectural changes. Contribute to definition and continuous improvement of governance processes, policies, and standards for scalability and long-term audit readiness.
You will work in a remote-distributed governance team, collaborating across a high-growth, AI-driven organization scaling rapidly in regulated markets.
