ServiceTitan is building the platform of record for Property Care (pest, lawn, pool, arbor, and irrigation). This is a senior individual contributor role for a former operator—owner, executive, or senior leader from a property care trade—who brings credibility and hands-on knowledge into how the company sells, implements, supports, and builds product. You will work directly with the GM and cross-functionally across Sales, Implementations, Customer Success, and Product. In the Product function, you will advise on feature decisions and tradeoffs from an operator's perspective, including reviewing product requirement documents, advising on custom vs. standardized reporting needs for property care clients, and turning QBR feedback into prioritized input for the product roadmap. For Market Development, you will attend and represent ServiceTitan at industry conferences (e.g., PestWorld), own relationships with key trade organizations (e.g., NPMA), and write market point-of-view documents that capture industry context for internal and customer-facing use. In Sales support, you will join prospect pitches and calls to lend industry credibility, answer trade-specific questions, and talk "operator to operator." You will shape and craft GTM materials and value propositions grounded in operator experience. For Implementations, you will support discovery on nuanced or ambiguous operational topics during onboarding, act as an escalation point for complex implementation issues, serve as the internal resource implementation teams turn to for trade-specific questions, and provide named-account support for highest-priority accounts. In Customer Success, you will translate customer asks and pain points into clear input for relevant ServiceTitan teams, act as an escalation point for complex issues, and provide named-account support with an "operator lens." Requirements: - Senior-level experience within the Property Care trade industry, with direct oversight of both Operations and Technology - Proven track record of running high-performing operations within enterprise settings - Recent experience (within the last 2–3 years) leading Property Care trade technology systems, ideally as the driver of a major platform migration or enterprise rollout - High market credibility with immediate authority among industry operators, paired with exceptional verbal storytelling skills - Deep operational fluency across recurring revenue/service agreements, technician routing, route density optimization, chemical tracking and compliance, and multi-location or multi-brand operations - Preferred: Direct experience navigating M&A integrations, platform consolidations, or multi-brand rollups
