The Senior Implementation Specialist owns the onboarding and successful adoption of Enterprise clients, serving as a change management and consultative expert. You will be the first point of contact for clients throughout implementation, delivering a 7-star experience from initial engagement through long-term success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting consultative conversations to gather client requirements and provide data-driven best-practice recommendations
- Owning implementation timelines, rollout plans, and account management while coordinating across internal teams
- Acting as the subject matter expert in change management and adoption, guiding customers through introducing new travel tools and policies
- Serving as a technical solutions expert, identifying optimal solutions using automations, integrations, and platform functionality
- Configuring client accounts, providing technical support and troubleshooting, and setting up integrations with marketplace partners or custom APIs
- Planning and delivering tailored training sessions for newly onboarded customers, including executive-level stakeholders
- Leading cross-functional projects with Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams
- Mentoring colleagues and setting an example for the Implementation team and wider Revenue organization
- Supporting Pre-Sales by explaining implementation processes and platform capabilities to prospects
- Monitoring client booking behavior post-launch and proactively offering support or recommendations
- Continuously improving processes through execution, assessment, and iteration cycles

Requirements:
- Proven track record as a high achiever in an Implementation Specialist role with previous Enterprise client experience
- Success managing and delivering complex, international projects in fast-paced environments, including scope definition and handling changing requirements
- Demonstrated ability to work with C-level stakeholders to clarify requirements and concerns professionally
- Superb communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels, adapting approach as needed
- Thoughtful, consultative approach to making recommendations
- Organized, structured, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and attention to detail
- Tech-savvy with understanding of basic technical concepts around integrations and open APIs; ability to learn and adapt quickly
