The Senior Implementation Specialist is a change management and consultative expert who owns the onboarding and successful adoption of Enterprise clients. This role bridges platform capabilities with client expectations, delivering a 7-star experience from first contact through long-term success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the first point of contact for clients and escalations throughout implementation, delivering exceptional service
- Conducting consultative conversations to gather client requirements and provide data-driven best-practice recommendations
- Owning the timeline, rollout plan, and account during implementation with strong project management
- Acting as subject matter expert in change management and adoption, guiding customers through introducing new travel tools and policies
- Serving as technical solutions expert: identifying best solutions for client needs, prioritizing automations, integrations, and platform functionality
- Configuring client accounts and providing technical support, including setting up integrations with marketplace partners or custom-built API solutions
- Planning and delivering tailored training sessions for newly onboarded customers, including executive-level stakeholders
- Leading cross-functional projects with Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams
- Simplifying complex technical information for all audiences
- Supporting Pre-Sales by explaining implementation scope and platform capabilities to prospects
- Monitoring client booking behavior post-launch and proactively offering support or recommendations
- Mentoring colleagues and setting examples for the Implementation team and wider Revenue organization
The role requires a customer-first mindset, proven track record in Implementation Specialist roles with Enterprise clients, and success managing complex international projects in fast-paced environments. You must demonstrate ability to work with C-level stakeholders, possess superb communication skills, and build relationships at all levels. Technical savvy is essential—understanding basic technical concepts around integrations and open APIs, with ability to learn and adapt quickly. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, solution-oriented, and proactive with commitment to continuous improvement.
Perk uses AI-enabled tools across functions to help you move faster and focus on relationships and outcomes. The company takes an IRL-first approach, requiring team members to work in-person 3 days per week from office hubs. This role requires being based within commuting distance of Barcelona. The company can assist with relocation from anywhere in the world; English is the official office language.
