Culture Amp is the world's leading employee experience platform serving 25 million employees across 6,000+ companies. As Senior Implementation Manager for the EMEA region, you will own end-to-end delivery of complex customer implementations, ensuring enterprise clients integrate and realize value from the platform quickly and confidently.
You will guide new and existing enterprise customers from onboarding through activation, delivering account- and product-specific projects within defined scope and success criteria. You'll act as a trusted liaison between customers and Culture Amp, translating enterprise business goals into scalable configuration, proactively unblocking risks (data readiness, security/compliance, integration dependencies), and channeling customer feedback to improve products and processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive time-to-first-value for enterprise customers by owning end-to-end delivery of complex implementations (multi-product launches, data integrations, SSO/SCIM), ensuring on-time delivery within activation windows and aligned to agreed outcomes.
- Translate customer objectives and workflows into scalable configuration, data design, and survey/program setup aligned with HR systems and governance requirements.
- Lead project planning and execution: define milestones, roles, risks, and dependencies; run status cadences; keep stakeholders aligned to Success Plans and timelines.
- Proactively identify and resolve implementation issues and escalations, partnering with cross-functional experts (Support, Professional Services, Trainers, Product).
- Coordinate change management and enablement touchpoints with Customer Trainers and People Scientists; ensure admins and project teams are trained and confident for launch.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to create smooth handoffs to post-implementation, including documentation of decisions, configuration, and next-step recommendations.
- Capture and synthesize insights from implementations to inform product improvements and internal process enhancements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by refining playbooks, templates, checklists, and delivery standards; pilot ways to accelerate activation and adoption.
- Elevate the team by sharing best practices, mentoring peers, and modeling senior-level communication and ownership on complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Success is measured by on-time activations, adherence to scope and quality standards, time-to-first-value, implementation CSAT/feedback, low-escalation outcomes, quality documentation, and contribution to team improvements.
Culture Amp is backed by leading venture capital, recognized by Forbes as a top private cloud company, and has offices in the US, UK, Germany, and Australia.
