The company combines software, data, and service to simplify IDR (Independent Dispute Resolution) workflows and reduce administrative burden for providers.
As Senior Implementation Manager, you will own client implementations end-to-end, from Sales handoff through go-live and transition to Client Success. You'll report to the Implementation Lead and manage two distinct implementation tracks: fast-moving physician group implementations following repeatable processes, and slower, more complex health system implementations involving multiple stakeholders across IT, revenue cycle, and finance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Independently manage clients from Sales handoff through launch, owning project plans, timelines, dependencies, and launch readiness
- Configure SFTP access and client settings, validate claims file receipt, and perform initial file validation
- Lead client communications including kickoffs, working sessions, and status updates; aim to lead routine calls within 45 days
- Set clear time-to-value timelines and proactively address blockers before they impact launch schedules
- Coordinate training, readiness checks, and documentation for smooth handoff to Client Success
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Client Success to clarify requirements and resolve dependencies
- Identify recurring issues and recommend practical improvements to the implementation process
This is a hands-on individual contributor role with significant client ownership and the opportunity to shape processes early in the company's growth.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, solutions delivery, or project management with direct ownership of client engagements
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment with comfort adapting to evolving processes and priorities
- Hands-on experience with SFTP file transfers, implementation configuration, and initial data/file validation
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple implementations, lead client calls, anticipate issues, and drive follow-through
- Clear, professional communication and sound judgment managing client expectations and escalating risks
- Enthusiasm for an individual contributor role on an early-stage team
- Experience implementing technology or operational solutions for healthcare clients
EXTRA CREDIT:
- Health system implementations involving IT, revenue cycle, and finance stakeholders
- Experience with provider organizations or revenue cycle partners
- EHR integrations (e.g., Epic) and technical discussions with engineering teams
- Familiarity with 835/837 claims data formats or healthcare reimbursement workflows
- Experience improving implementation documentation, templates, or workflows, including automation initiatives
- Proficiency with Asana, HubSpot, Metabase, BigQuery, SQL, or AI productivity tools
