You will take technical ownership of complex implementations of Doctolib's AI-powered phone assistant, ensuring that medical practices and hospitals experience efficient, reliable, and sustainable onboarding.
In this role, you will:
• Lead technically demanding installations and configurations of the AI-powered phone assistant for key accounts, including complex phone systems and escalation cases, ensuring consistent high-quality onboarding experiences.
• Drive Doctolib's multi-onboarding strategy and take mid-term responsibility for onboarding the calendar and all-in-one practice management software in close collaboration with other Technical Onboarding teams.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for key accounts, their IT departments, key account managers, and actively foster collaboration with internal stakeholders in Sales, Deployment, and Product.
• Coach colleagues, proactively share expertise, and define best practices, playbooks, and training materials to elevate technical standards and consistency across the team.
• Independently initiate and lead cross-functional projects for process improvement and drive targeted use of AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, freeing capacity for customer-focused work.
• Leverage operational data and customer feedback to drive improvements in product and process through feedback loops with technical and product teams.
You will be a technical sparring partner within the team, developing standards, processes, and solutions that make onboarding more scalable and creating impact beyond your immediate scope.

• Self-directed learning ability and demonstrated impact in process and project ownership
• Active experience using AI tools and promoting their meaningful adoption within teams
