Salary: USD 79,300 - 97,200 / annual
Greenhouse is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead customers through successful implementations and launches of the Greenhouse recruiting platform. This role is central to ensuring customers achieve rapid time-to-value and realize the full potential of the platform.
In this position, you will:
- Lead mid-market and enterprise customer implementations, managing timelines and ensuring customers hit key milestones
- Empower customers to complete implementations successfully by tracking progress against optimal timelines and driving time to first value
- Own implementation tasks including system design, product training, configuration, and organizational rollout strategies
- Provide mentorship and demonstrate deep knowledge of Greenhouse products, services, and best practices
- Advocate for customer needs and product requests to internal teams (support, product, engineering, sales)
- Partner with technical teams on data migration, integrations, and reporting to ensure smooth post-implementation transitions
- Become a subject matter expert on all Greenhouse products
- Help customers navigate and overcome roadblocks, driving adoption and value realization
- Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholder personas at leadership levels
You will work with global entities and complex organizational structures, requiring strong communication skills, customer empathy, and the ability to break down complex concepts for diverse audiences.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience working with Enterprise customers (1,000+ employees)
- Customer-facing experience working with global entities and multiple stakeholders
- Background delivering complex software implementations and/or technical projects
- Ability to break down terminology and concepts across various audiences
- Experience communicating with a variety of customer personas at leadership levels
- Advanced understanding of Greenhouse Recruiting (a plus)
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
