The role can evolve over time toward program management and L&D, or toward HR Manager and Director positions overseeing EMEA or all regions. REQUIREMENTS (Essential): - 5–10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in the tech industry, partnering with and coaching business managers (including senior leaders), conducting performance management, and navigating French labor law - Proven track record driving HR programs and projects from conception through implementation and adoption (e.g., performance management cycles with design and calibration, salary grids, L&D programs, career frameworks) - Fluency in English and French - Experience with cross-cultural differences between French and American coworkers - Comfort with data analysis and spreadsheets (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, multiple IF formulas), ability to build clean reports, and understanding of good KPIs DESIRABLE (Not required): - Experience with Process Communication Model - Genuine interest and hands-on experience with AI tools and automation in day-to-day work
