inDrive seeks a Senior HR Technology Manager to lead HR systems strategy and operations across a global organization of 3,000+ employees. This role serves as a strategic bridge between Business, HR, IT teams, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Systems Strategy & Leadership: Define and drive the HR technology strategy and roadmap aligned with HR function objectives. Lead the analysis and selection of new system(s) to consolidate the current scattered HR landscape.
Ownership and Operational Excellence: Lead the scaling, optimization, and governance of current and new HR systems. Manage day-to-day operations, system performance, data integrity, and uptime. Define and implement the optimal data integration landscape.
Program & Change Management: Maintain a rolling 12-month project roadmap with 24-month planning visibility. Lead change management and user training programs to drive adoption. Own the end-to-end new HRIS implementation project, including business requirements gathering, solution design, quality assurance, UAT, and post-implementation support.
Process Automation & Innovation: Support HR in designing new business processes leveraging HR system functionality. Identify and execute opportunities to automate manual workflows and improve data accuracy and operational efficiency through RPA and AI/ML initiatives.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Serve as the bridge between HR, corporate IT, IT Operations, and engineering, ensuring business needs translate into scalable, technology-enabled solutions.
Governance & Compliance: Partner with Cybersecurity and other stakeholders to ensure data privacy, SOX compliance, and adherence to regulatory and reporting standards. Implement appropriate controls and risk management practices.
Team & Project Ownership: Manage an HR Automation team of up to 7 FTEs with full direct people management responsibilities, including prioritization, planning, and performance oversight. Own end-to-end new HRIS implementation project(s) and vendor relationships.
Requirements:
- Experience leading multi-module HRIS implementations in complex, international environments (experience in at least 3 of: Core HR, Workforce Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Recruitment)
- Expertise in HR process optimization and data architecture with understanding of global HR workflows and best practices
- Strong familiarity with the modern HR tech ecosystem and trends (SaaS, integration layers, AI, people analytics)
- Fluency in English required
