As Senior HR Operations Executive, you will oversee daily HR operations for the Singapore office. Key responsibilities include managing onboarding and offboarding processes, employee data management, letter issuance, and documentation. You will coordinate and support local payroll runs in close collaboration with payroll vendors and finance teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness. You will serve as the primary HR expert on Singapore Employment Act compliance and related legislation, acting as the go-to resource for HR-related inquiries regarding local practices, policies, benefits, and procedures. You will be the authorised local point of contact for statutory registrations and government-related HR matters, including CPF, IRAS, and MOM-related submissions where a Singapore-based representative is required. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to drive efficiency within HR operations. You will develop, review, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with local labor law and organizational goals. You will maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation within HR systems and databases, support audits and statutory reporting, and coordinate with regional HR/People teams to ensure processes are consistent yet locally compliant. You will take ownership of other HR-related operational projects as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: - Tertiary education in Human Resources Management or business-related disciplines - At least 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations with strong knowledge of MOM regulations and Singapore employment laws - Strong communication skills with a flexible and approachable attitude - Strong problem-solving ability with commitment to tackle problems in a positive and logical manner - Proactive, responsible, well-organized, and strong team player - Tech-savvy, comfortable using HRIS/AI systems and open to adopting new tools - Fluency in English and Mandarin (must-have due to liaison with local stakeholders and regional teams) - Immediate availability preferred
