Behavox is building a data operating platform that helps multinational enterprises organize and activate their data for risk management, compliance, revenue optimization, and business growth. The Senior HR Business Partner is an individual contributor role responsible for partnering with US and Canada business leaders to execute people strategies that support organizational performance and growth. Reporting to the Principal HR Business Partner, you will serve as the primary HR advisor for the US and Canada client group, covering this territory directly and in full. Key responsibilities include: - Providing sound, commercially informed HR guidance to leaders on moderate-to-complex workforce and talent challenges within the US and Canada region, exercising judgment on approach and escalating matters that exceed scope - Managing moderate-to-complex employee relations cases end-to-end within US and Canada employment frameworks, balancing legal compliance, business priorities, and employee experience - Delivering and locally adapting HR programs (performance cycles, workforce planning inputs, career development processes) for the client group in line with enterprise standards - Supporting workforce planning, organizational design, and post-merger workforce integration workstreams - Interpreting workforce data and people metrics to identify trends and inform recommendations to leaders, including during periods of increased organizational scrutiny (audit readiness, compliance maturation, scale-up or pre-exit periods) - Applying compensation data and benchmarking to support pay recommendations, offer construction, and pay equity considerations - Using HRIS-derived reporting and organizational data to evaluate trends and support evidence-based decisions During the initial phase, you will work under close coaching from the Principal HR Business Partner while building full ownership of the client group; oversight reduces as competence is demonstrated. You may be asked to support the Principal HR Business Partner on workforce matters outside the US and Canada as the function's footprint grows. The role is hybrid with 1 day per week in the London office. REQUIREMENTS: - Working knowledge of US and Canadian employment legislation and regulatory frameworks - Ability to independently manage moderate-to-complex employee relations matters within US and Canada jurisdictions - HR business partnering expertise: applying knowledge of business priorities and workforce needs to align people initiatives with business objectives and provide trusted advisory support - Workforce planning and organizational design capabilities: applying methodologies and principles to support headcount planning, org changes, and business effectiveness - Talent management and performance management knowledge to support capability development - People analytics capability: using workforce metrics, organizational data, and HRIS-derived reporting to evaluate trends - Working knowledge of employment fundamentals in other jurisdictions (UK, EMEA, APAC) is desirable - Demonstrated experience during periods of organizational scrutiny, compliance program maturation, or company scale-up/pre-exit phases is valued
