Brex is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own, scale, and optimize the paid social acquisition engine, with Meta as the core growth driver and a mandate to test and scale emerging channels. You will be accountable for pipeline generation, customer acquisition cost (CAC) efficiency, and downstream revenue impact across both self-serve and sales-led motions. Key responsibilities include: **Growth & Pipeline Ownership**: Manage Meta and emerging channel budgets, optimize CAC and conversion rates, and track downstream pipeline and revenue outcomes. You'll own the full P&L for paid social acquisition. **Signal & Measurement Strategy**: Partner with Data and Marketing Ops teams to improve conversion signals, implement Meta CAPI (Conversions API), and establish offline conversion tracking. This enables platforms to optimize toward higher-quality customers and improves attribution accuracy. **Structured Experimentation**: Build and execute a continuous, hypothesis-driven testing framework across audiences, bidding strategies, optimization events, landing pages, and creative concepts. Document learnings to transform paid social into a predictable, scalable acquisition channel. **Full-Funnel Growth**: Develop paid social strategies that create demand at the top of the funnel and efficiently convert through retargeting and lower-funnel programs. Balance brand-building with performance metrics. **Creative Strategy**: Translate performance data into creative hypotheses and partner with Brand and Design teams to test, iterate, and scale winning concepts at scale. **Audience Strategy**: Leverage first-party data, intent signals, modeled audiences, lookalikes, and platform automation to identify and scale high-value customer segments. **Cross-Functional Partnership**: Work closely with Analytics, Marketing Ops, Field/Events, Product Marketing, and Sales to connect paid social performance to downstream pipeline and revenue outcomes. You'll be based in the New York City office in a hybrid environment, working in-office three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) with flexibility to work remotely up to four weeks annually.
