Native Security is a cloud security platform helping organizations build secure-by-design environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Founded by AWS and Dome9 veterans, backed by $42M, and trusted by Fortune 100 enterprises, the company is defining a new category in multi-cloud security. As Growth Marketing Manager, you will own the revenue-driving campaign engine for Native. This is a strategic and execution-heavy role spanning demand generation, digital marketing, events, partnerships, alliances, channel programs, and account-based marketing. Key responsibilities include: - Develop and execute integrated campaign strategy across digital, ABM, events, partners, content, and sales enablement, with pipeline and revenue as primary metrics. - Translate company narratives, product priorities, customer stories, and market moments into targeted campaigns with clear audiences, offers, channels, and CTAs. - Build tiered account engagement programs (1:many, 1:few, 1:1) leveraging intent data, engagement signals, events, and buying stage to create timely outreach motions. Partner closely with Sales and SDRs on multi-threading and account activation. - Manage demand programs around strategic cloud, technology, channel, and alliance partners. Treat priority events as full campaigns with pre-event targeting, onsite activation, and follow-up. - Own paid and digital strategy with continuous testing across audiences, messaging, creative, offers, landing pages, and channels. Use AI, automation, enrichment, and intent data to optimize execution. Scale what works; stop what doesn't. - Build activation playbooks into major campaigns, equipping Sales, SDRs, executives, partners, and employees with target accounts, talk tracks, triggers, assets, and follow-up sequences. - Own campaign performance measurement and reporting in partnership with RevOps. Track target-account engagement, meetings, opportunities, pipeline, progression, conversion, and velocity to inform investment decisions. You will bring strong B2B campaign instincts, a growth hacker's mindset, and a bias toward testing and iteration. You won't own company positioning or category narrative, but you will make that narrative work hard in the market.
