You will lead creative design across Phoenix's growth and marketing initiatives, shaping the visual identity and storytelling of the brand. This role blends creative design with performance marketing strategy, requiring you to understand data-driven insights and translate them into compelling visual work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conceptualizing and launching creative assets across paid, owned, and earned channels (ads, landing pages, motion graphics, social content)
- Developing a cohesive visual language for growth campaigns that maintains brand consistency while testing new creative directions
- Partnering with Growth Marketing teams to turn performance insights into design strategy, understanding what drives engagement and conversion
- Building and maintaining a scalable creative library organized by product, audience, and use case
- Owning the full creative lifecycle from ideation through iteration, using data to refine design decisions
- Acting as a brand guardian to ensure consistency, clarity, and storytelling across all touchpoints
- Leading creative brainstorms and contributing to campaign strategy for major launches
- Mentoring junior designers and guiding agency partners to maintain design excellence
- Staying current with design trends, DTC marketing best practices, and emerging digital storytelling formats

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience as a visual or marketing designer, ideally in a digital-first, consumer-facing brand
- Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; motion or web design skills are a strong plus
- Proven ability to blend creativity with performance—work that is both visually compelling and results-driven
- Strong storytelling ability; understanding of how design shapes emotion, clarity, and action
- Highly collaborative yet confident taking initiative in a fast-moving environment
- Passion for improving the Canadian healthcare experience with personal connection to the space
