Relocation assistance is available. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or equivalent experience - 3–8 years of experience in strategic consulting - Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to generate bottom-up "should-cost" models based on understanding of manufacturing processes; comfortable with spreadsheets - Quantitative, data-driven decision maker with high attention to detail - Demonstrated experience in sourcing and negotiations - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and effectively communicate progress and strategic roadmaps in a fast-paced environment - Ability to make quick decisions with 80% information - Track record of driving projects to completion, delivering results, and bringing new solutions to life - Motivated by difficult problems, excited to collaborate across organizations, and seeking individual responsibility
