Snowflake is seeking an experienced Senior Global Mobility Partner to lead the company's international relocation and immigration initiatives. This role sits within the People & HR function and is critical to supporting Snowflake's global expansion and hyper-growth environment.
You will own end-to-end global mobility operations, managing complex immigration and relocation cases across the U.S., North America, EMEA, and APAC regions. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day immigration and relocation activities for full-time employees, internal relocations, and interns
- Overseeing complete international assignment and relocation processes from start to finish
- Partnering with external relocation and immigration vendors to execute cases effectively
- Ensuring full compliance with immigration regulations and cross-border requirements across all regions
- Developing, implementing, and refining global relocation and immigration guidelines and procedures aligned with organizational goals
- Delivering training and communication materials to increase organizational awareness of mobility processes
- Conducting benchmarking and recommending best practices in global relocation and immigration
- Serving as the subject matter expert and primary consultant for internal stakeholders including HRBPs, managers, and talent recruiters
- Supporting candidates and employees through the mobility process with a focus on positive, informed experiences
- Collaborating with the global mobility team on challenging cases and providing expert guidance
- Contributing to process improvements, vendor performance optimization, and metrics development
- Advising senior stakeholders on mobility processes, regulations, costs, and strategic considerations

REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of corporate experience in global relocation and immigration, including managing international assignments
- Expert knowledge of U.S. immigration regulations and compliance
- Strong relocation management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to interact with all organizational levels, including global partners and senior stakeholders
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong vendor management experience
- Ability to work in a hyper-growth environment
- Technical proficiency in systems (Workday, Greenhouse, Google Suite, etc.)
- Working knowledge of AI tools (Copilot, Claude, CoCo, etc.)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
- Experience working with international teams or in a multinational company
- Knowledge of global mobility technology solutions and platforms
- Global mobility experience in high-tech industry
