Salary: USD 100,500 - 138,200 / annual

Harvey is an AI platform transforming legal and professional services work. The company is scaling rapidly across geographies and legal entities, creating increased complexity in how employees move globally. You will serve as Senior Global Mobility Partner, reporting directly to the Global Mobility Lead and functioning as the first additional member of this function. This is a senior individual contributor role with meaningful autonomy to identify gaps, drive improvements, and build scalable processes. Key responsibilities: - Own end-to-end delivery of immigration and mobility matters: sponsorship, relocation, cross-border transfers, remote work, and business travel - Lead company-side strategy for complex U.S. immigration matters in partnership with outside counsel; independently assess options, risks, timing, and next steps - Advise candidates, employees, managers, Recruiting, People Business Partners, and business leaders on mobility options and tradeoffs - Manage relationships with immigration counsel, tax advisors, relocation providers, and other mobility partners; hold them accountable for service quality and employee experience - Build and improve workflows, playbooks, communications, reporting, and self-service resources to make mobility easier to navigate - Maintain accurate work authorization and mobility data; support immigration, right-to-work, and audit-readiness requirements; apply sponsorship and mobility policies consistently - Guide candidates and employees through complex situations with clarity, responsiveness, discretion, and empathy As programs mature, your scope will expand beyond case delivery to include ownership of broader mobility programs while remaining close to the work and the people you support. REQUIREMENTS: - 5–8 years of progressive global mobility experience, including meaningful experience in an in-house corporate mobility role - Deep, practical knowledge of U.S. employment-based immigration; ability to independently assess options, pressure-test outside counsel's recommendations, and translate legal advice into clear business guidance - Demonstrated experience operating as a trusted mobility advisor to employees, managers, and cross-functional partners - Experience across the broader mobility lifecycle: relocation, cross-border transfers, remote work, and business travel, with holistic understanding of how these intersect - Working knowledge of tax, compensation, payroll, benefits, equity, and employment considerations surrounding cross-border moves; judgment to identify risks and engage specialists - Experience independently managing a portfolio of complex, time-sensitive matters and exercising sound judgment with incomplete information - Experience managing outside counsel and mobility vendors; setting clear expectations, driving service quality, and improving operations through documentation, automation, AI-enabled tools, or reporting - Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to establish credibility, influence decisions, and explain requirements clearly and empathetically - Collaborative, hands-on approach and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities, programs, and ways of working evolve NICE TO HAVE: - Experience coordinating employment-based immigration matters outside the United States through local counsel, with direct knowledge of immigration requirements in one or more additional regions - Experience helping build or scale mobility programs in a high-growth, globally expanding company
