Behavox is a cloud-native AI company providing an integrated controls platform for global financial institutions including banks, asset managers, hedge funds, private equity firms, insurance businesses, and commodity firms. The platform unifies communications and trade surveillance, compliant archiving, policy management, and front-office analytics on a single AI-native SaaS stack.
The Senior FP&A Analyst owns Behavox's core financial model—its architecture, accounting foundations, and the forecasts and analysis that drive company planning and decisions. This is a high-autonomy role accountable for the accuracy and integrity of all financial outputs and recommendations to senior leadership, the board, and investors.
Key responsibilities include:
• Building and maintaining the core three-statement and operating model with robust architecture, accounting logic, scenario and sensitivity layers, and integrated budgets
• Developing valuations, scenarios, and pro-forma models for acquisitions, including target evaluation, due diligence support, and consolidation of closed deals
• Driving the financial narrative in monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews, translating model outputs into clear insights for decision-makers
• Diagnosing financial and SaaS metric movements by identifying operating drivers, pressure-testing assumptions, and modeling relevant levers and downside cases
• Applying AI and spreadsheet automation to recurring financial workflows while retaining judgment over critical manual processes
The role requires deep expertise in financial modeling and accounting, SaaS unit economics and forecasting, M&A valuation and integration, business and commercial acumen, and modern financial systems and AI tooling. You will work fluently with Google Sheets, Excel, and AI capabilities, distinguishing where automation improves speed and control from where financial judgment must remain. The analyst influences through the rigor and reach of analysis, not authority, and compounds this edge through relentless learning.
Behavox was founded in 2014 and is backed by SoftBank Vision Fund. The company is headquartered in London with offices in New York City, Montreal, Seattle, Singapore, and Tokyo.
Requirements:
• Deep understanding of integrated three-statement and operating model architecture and the accounting that underpins them, including SaaS revenue recognition and cost treatment
• Proficiency in bottom-up short-term forecasting, driver-based long-term modeling, and SaaS metrics analysis
• Experience with acquisition valuation, purchase accounting, combined-entity projections, and consolidation mechanics
• In-depth understanding of how businesses generate revenue and incur costs, with ability to identify inconsistencies and challenge assumptions
• Fluency with Google Sheets, Excel, AI, and automation capabilities for financial modeling
