Behavox is a cloud-native AI company providing an integrated controls platform for global financial institutions—banks, asset managers, hedge funds, private equity firms, insurance businesses, and commodity firms. The platform unifies communications and trade surveillance, compliant archiving, policy management, and front-office analytics on a single AI-native SaaS stack.
As Senior FP&A Analyst, you will own Behavox's core financial model—its architecture, accounting foundations, and the forecasts and analysis that drive leadership decisions. This is a high-autonomy role accountable for the accuracy and integrity of all financial outputs. You will build and maintain the integrated three-statement and operating model with scenario and sensitivity layers, ensuring it remains clean, accurate, and maintainable. You will integrate budgets into the model (without owning the budgeting cycle itself) and own the accuracy of every output and assumption.
You will build valuations, scenarios, and pro-forma models for every acquisition evaluation, running diligence and folding closed deals into a consolidated view. This periodic work arrives episodically and must be carried independently; the steady state is the operating model and SaaS forecasting.
You will drive much of the substance of monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews for senior management, the board, and investors—turning the model into a narrative that explains what moved results and what it means for the business. You will diagnose why metrics are moving, which levers change them, and partner with business functions to understand revenue drivers, cost structure, and operating levers.
You will pressure-test assumptions behind every result, work fluently with modern tooling and AI, and compound your edge by learning relentlessly. Your influence comes from the rigor and reach of your analysis, not authority: you own the model and the truth it tells, not the decisions made from it.
Required: deep knowledge of integrated three-statement and operating models; SaaS revenue recognition and cost treatment; bottom-up short-term forecasting and driver-based long-term modeling; SaaS unit economics and metrics; acquisition valuation and purchase accounting; business and commercial acumen across revenue, cost, and operating levers; fluency in Google Sheets and Excel; and awareness of AI and automation in financial tooling.
