ServiceTitan is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its GTM and Revenue FP&A team. This is a strategic role working closely with General Managers and C-level executives to drive growth and build the narrative behind the company's expansion. You'll partner with a team of ex-consultants and ex-investment banking analysts in a fast-paced environment, working with complex datasets to extract actionable insights.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as a strategic business partner to GMs and C-suite executives across Finance, Sales, and Product to influence strategic decisions and drive business growth
- Leading monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting processes, including variance analysis, scenario planning, and executive-level reporting
- Designing and implementing scalable analytics frameworks to support long-term growth
- Providing guidance and leadership to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Proactively aligning revenue strategies across functions and ensuring execution against business priorities
You'll thrive in this role if you excel at navigating imperfect data, extracting signal from noise, and making a tangible impact in a rapidly scaling SaaS business. The position offers direct exposure to the C-suite, opportunities to shape company trajectory, and the chance to build and mentor a high-performing team.
ServiceTitan offers competitive compensation, flexible time off with learning and development opportunities, comprehensive health and wellness benefits (including 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision options), 401k match, parental leave and fertility services support, pet insurance, legal advisory services, and financial planning tools.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Finance, Strategy, Consulting, or Investment Banking
- Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and executive-level analysis
- Proven track record of influencing executives and driving company-wide initiatives
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills with ability to craft insights for C-suite audiences
- Demonstrated ability to operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, building scalable processes in high-growth, dynamic environments
- Self-starter mentality with strong bias for action, ownership, and measurable impact
