Salary: USD 116,400 - 192,100 / annual

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for Corporate Finance to own the company's integrated long-range financial planning and analysis. This role sits at the center of ServiceNow's multi-year planning process, connecting strategy, operating plans, financial performance, and investment decisions. Key responsibilities include: - Own ServiceNow's integrated long-range financial model covering revenue, margin, Opex, headcount, cash flow, and key SaaS metrics - Lead the annual long-range planning process that ties the financial model to operating plans and quarterly forecasts - Evaluate investment proposals, resource allocation, and operating tradeoffs through scenario and sensitivity analysis - Develop executive-ready analysis and recommendations from large, multi-source datasets with minimal direction - Align planning assumptions, timelines, and methodologies across business units and functional Finance teams - Build KPI and driver-based frameworks, monitor performance against external benchmarks, and improve planning through automation and AI-enabled workflows Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, equity research, or management consulting with strong modeling skills - Demonstrated experience integrating AI into work processes (Claude, Microsoft Copilot, etc.) to automate workflows and build analyses - Strong grasp of financial statements, corporate finance, and SaaS business models and metrics - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field - Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with ability to distill complex analysis into executive-level messaging - Hands-on experience with Pigment, Anaplan, or comparable planning tools; Power BI and/or Snowflake preferred - High ownership, intellectual curiosity, and attention to detail
