As Senior Financial Analyst, you will be a core strategic partner to the finance function, driving financial planning, analysis, and storytelling across a rapidly scaling AI infrastructure company.
You will own end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles, managing complex variance analysis to provide leadership with clear visibility into fiscal health and emerging risks. You'll build sophisticated financial models supporting capital allocation, long-range planning, and ROI analysis for new market expansions and product launches. Acting as a dedicated financial advisor to business units, you'll translate departmental performance into enterprise-level impact while helping stakeholders manage OpEx and headcount in alignment with profitability goals.
Key responsibilities include preparing board-ready reporting packages and internal management dashboards, performing rigorous data integrity checks to maintain a single source of truth, and continuously auditing and refining financial workflows. You'll identify automation opportunities to streamline month-end cycles and document SOPs to scale the finance department.
You bring 3+ years of progressive corporate finance, FP&A, or investment banking experience, ideally in high-growth technology or AI environments. You're advanced in Excel (complex formulas, macros) and experienced with ERP/EPM systems (NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan). You have solid GAAP knowledge and can deconstruct unit economics across diverse business lines. Critically, you're proven in leveraging generative AI and advanced data tools (LLMs, financial AI agents, automated workflows) to accelerate modeling and reporting without sacrificing accuracy. You excel at distilling granular data into clear executive narratives with exceptional visual presentation and analytical rigor. You thrive in ambiguity, manage multiple high-priority deliverables under tight deadlines, and maintain a proactive, "no task too small" mindset.
