Kin Insurance is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its FP&A team and support the company's rapid growth in the homeowners insurance space. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you will own recurring financial reporting deliverables, build and maintain forecast models, and drive ad hoc analysis that informs state and product-level growth strategy decisions.
Key responsibilities include managing monthly and quarterly reporting cycles end-to-end, establishing process improvements for recurring workflows, maintaining data integrity across forecast models and reporting tools, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to refine forecasting standards. You'll track key financial and operational metrics tied to Kin's expansion into new states and translate financial data into actionable insights for leadership.
