Salary: USD 120,000 - 152,000 / annual

You will own Everlaw's revenue and Annual Revenue Run Rate (ARRR) forecasting models, sitting at the intersection of FP&A, GTM, Accounting, and Enterprise Technology. Your work will turn complex customer and contract data into clear financial models, variance analyses, and actionable insights that support strategic decisions across the company.
Key responsibilities:
- Build, refine, and automate revenue and ARRR forecasting models to improve accuracy, scalability, and recurring reporting workflows
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting on ARRR, expansions, renewals, churn, customer cohorts, and key revenue metrics
- Analyze actual financial results against forecasts and plans, investigating material variances and explaining key drivers to leadership
- Partner with Accounting, RevOps, and Enterprise Technology to reconcile revenue data, validate inputs, and strengthen underlying data structures and controls
- Support annual budgeting, quarterly rolling forecasts, and executive and Board reporting with well-documented assumptions and timely financial materials
This is a full-time, exempt position based in the Oakland, CA office with a hybrid work schedule: in office Monday, Wednesday, Thursday with the option to work from home Tuesday and Friday.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years of experience in FP&A, revenue finance, or financial analysis, ideally supporting revenue planning or recurring-revenue metrics in a SaaS environment
- Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets, with a focus on building transparent, automated, and easy-to-maintain models
- Analytical problem-solving ability to navigate complex customer and contract data, investigate data issues, and reconcile disparate data sources
- Strong communication skills to explain complex financial concepts clearly and concisely to both finance and non-finance business partners
- Ability to thrive in cross-functional environments, managing multiple priorities and recurring deadlines with incomplete or evolving information
- Authorization to work in the United States (Everlaw is not sponsoring U.S. employment visas for this role)
Bonus qualifications:
- Experience with ARR or ARRR reporting, SaaS metrics, or revenue recognition concepts
- Familiarity with financial planning tools (Adaptive Planning), ERPs (NetSuite), CRMs (Salesforce), or BI and data warehouse platforms (Looker, Tableau, Snowflake)
- Working knowledge of SQL or data-querying tools
