Retirable is a mission-driven fintech headquartered in New York that helps everyday Americans retire with financial confidence through professional retirement advice, wealth management, and banking. The company operates as a fee-based fiduciary RIA, meaning advisors are paid to give sound advice rather than hit product quotas. You will join as a senior, experienced member of Retirable's growing Milwaukee office. In this client-facing role, you'll conduct financial planning consultations with warm inbound prospects, build personalized retirement plans covering Social Security, withdrawal strategy, tax efficiency, and longevity risk, and guide new clients through onboarding and account funding. You'll maintain ongoing relationships with clients you onboard, conducting reviews and adjusting plans as life circumstances change. As a leader on the team, you'll model best practices for newer advisors and help instill company values in the growing Midwest hub. You'll also partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to surface client feedback and insights. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of client-facing financial planning experience with genuine sales ability and the capacity to build trust quickly. You should be able to guide discovery calls to clear recommendations, handle objections honestly, and convert qualified prospects into long-term clients without high-pressure tactics. You see the fiduciary standard as the only framework for retirement advice and are genuinely interested in retirement planning domains such as Social Security claiming, sequence-of-returns risk, Roth conversions, and Medicare interactions. You're comfortable in a role still being built, where processes and tools will evolve and you'll have direct input. Nice-to-have qualifications include experience in the senior market or with retirement-stage clients, Series 65/7/66 or CFP credentials, prior mentoring experience, and bilingual (Spanish) capability. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm CST, with 2 Saturdays per month in place of a weekday. Compensation is $75,000–$95,000 base plus quarterly performance bonus, with OTE of $95,000–$115,000. Early advisors receive an equity grant. Benefits include 401(k) with match, medical/dental/vision, generous PTO, parental leave, and a CE/licensing budget.
