Recorded Future, a leading threat intelligence company serving 1,900+ clients globally, is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to drive regional field marketing strategy across the UKI, Nordics, and Benelux regions.
You will develop and execute integrated regional marketing programs spanning industry events, user conferences, campaigns, account-based initiatives, and partner-led activities. Working closely with EMEA Sales, Corporate Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Channel teams, you will build joint plans with strategic partners, identify collaboration opportunities, and execute activities to maximize reach, engagement, and pipeline impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with EMEA Sales and Corporate Marketing to develop regional field marketing strategy aligned to business and pipeline priorities
- Acting as a strategic marketing partner to regional sales leadership, translating business priorities into impactful programs
- Building relationships with key regional partners to develop joint marketing plans and execute co-marketing activities
- Leading planning and execution of field and partner-supported events with cohesive pre-event, at-event, and post-event strategies
- Owning regional strategy for key conferences and summits to maximize customer, prospect, and partner engagement
- Developing and implementing targeted account strategies to support account-based selling within priority accounts
- Collaborating with broader marketing organization to develop relevant content and assets for regional priorities
- Establishing program goals, forecasts, and measuring business impact, engagement, and pipeline contribution
- Maintaining alignment with EMEA BDR team to drive qualified leads through the funnel
- Building cross-functional relationships and influencing stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Channel functions
Requirements:
- Experience leading regional field marketing strategy and programs within high-technology, B2B organizations; cybersecurity industry experience preferred
- Experience working with partners or channel organizations to develop joint marketing plans and execute co-marketing activities with measurable business outcomes
- Native-level fluency in English; Nordic language as additional language advantageous but not mandatory
- In-depth understanding of demand generation and marketing strategies across EMEA
- Strong commercial mindset with experience managing marketing budgets and prioritizing investment against business outcomes
- Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, hyper-growth environments and influence senior stakeholders across functions and organizations
- Strong project management and collaboration skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver integrated programs
- Experience with key marketing and sales tools (Salesforce, Marketo knowledge a plus)
